Access to prevention, treatment and care services for adolescents (10-19 years)

The WHO’s focus for its 2013 campaign is improving access to prevention, treatment and care services for adolescents (10-19 years), a group that continues to be vulnerable despite efforts thus far.

Now, in 2014, we have the opportunity to review the strengths of research, publications, programmes, strategies, etc., for reaching youth. Please let us know what has worked in your cultural context. Any thoughts on using text messaging versus youth celebrity messaging through mass media? on youth-friendly clinic staff versus peer outreach? on street-level intervention versus school classroom intervention? Though none of these are exclusive, with limited funds, what has been the best communication strategy in your context?
