This 5-part video series from the Population Reference Bureau (PRB) offers an introduction to data visualisations to help researchers better communicate female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C) findings to key policy and programme audiences. It covers: strategies on how to present data, basic design concepts, and tools that can help improve workflow. Examples include health and FGM/C data.

PRB is a core partner on the Population Council's Evidence to End FGM/C: Research to Help Girls and Women Thrive, a research programme seeking to generate evidence to inform and influence investments, policies, and programmes for ending FGM/C in different contexts. Through offerings such as this video series, PRB's role is to build the consortium's capacity for research utilisation and to develop tools and products to improve how researchers communicate their findings about FGM/C to key decisionmakers.
