This research brief looks at the process and effects of knowledge management interventions implemented by the Knowledge for Health (K4Health) East Africa Field Project. The East Africa Field Project was a two‐year project (April 2014 to October 2016) that was designed to improve the exchange of information and knowledge about health service delivery among governments and stakeholders represented by the East, Central, and Southern Africa Health Community (ECSA-HC).

The brief highlights the results of research conducted by K4Health, which sought to answer the following three research questions:
