Megan is Manager Evidence, Measurement and Evaluation – Climate Change at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation. She previously worked with the DAC Network on Development Evaluation at the OECD. Prior to the OECD, Megan was a Thomas J. Watson Research Fellow in Latin America and Africa, carrying out independent research on youth social justice movements and has worked for various local NGOs supporting peacebuilding and youth empowerment. She has a special focus on improving the effectiveness of development co-operation by supporting evidence-based decision making for accountability and learning. Her recent work has focused on peacebuilding support and development co-operation in settings of conflict. She also has a strong interest child health, nutrition and survival, having worked for four years with vulnerable families in the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) nutrition program in the US. She is a U.S. national and holds a Master’s in Public Administration and International Management, a post-graduate diploma in Children, Youth and Development Studies and a B.A. in Economics and in Peace & Global Studies.
