Hi - looking forward to seeing everyone registered to attend this event in person on Monday in London. Some further guidance below from BBC Media Action related to directions from the White City Tube, car parking and the process to enter th BBC and get to the room in which we will all gather. Plus a further encouragement to please submit your two sets of comments or questions in advance of the meeting - see this note with details

There is a map attached to this post.

DIRECTIONS FROM WHITE CITY TUBE

The BBC is less than 2 mins walk and visible from the tube entrance. Directions: exit tube station, cross the street using crossing directly outside station entrance. Turn right. Cross over second road. Media Centre is directly ahead. The entrance to BBC is next to Starbucks/post office/ Italian cafe.

PASSES

Someone from BBC Media Action will met you to issue passes/ gather attendees into groups and escort them upstairs to the meeting room. Attendees will not be able to enter the building unaccompanied. I have been asked to ask you to Please aim for 8am.

PARKING

The Westfield shopping centre (further down Wood Lane - about a 10 min walk away) offers daily parking at £6.50 and is probably the best bet for parking.
