Joe Knockaert

Retired from Canadian International Development Agency, also previously worked with Canada's Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, as well as with Simon Fraser University. I am a member of the Board of Directors of the BC Council for International Cooperation and incoming Co-Chair of the Board.
