Hi folks - I am re-sending the draft agenda for the 30/31 August meeting in a format that supports your comments, questions and ideas to be shared, discussed if others have responses and then considered when the agenda is finalised. Desired Outcomes -- Participants agree on:
· The vision and mission of the association
· A set of objectives for GC4DA and launch date
· An interim governing structure
THURSDAY 31 AUGUST

08:45 - 09:15 Welcome – Nick Alipui/Christian Salazar (UNICEF) and Warren Feek (CI)

09:15 - 09:45 Overview - What has been done so far (not the details but the rationale and what has been done to bring us to this point) – including Veet/Rafael/Patricia (and others’ of course) thoughts re thematic approach – Reference the informal discussion in New Delhi and the webinar in June

09:45 - 11:45 Mission & Vision – Name, title & institution or organization + 1 minute statement (closely timed!) on why you were motivated to come to the consultation and why now is -- or is not -- the time to establish a global C4D association. This will be followed by an hour on added value, mission, vision for 3 years

a. Presentation of the topic (with reference to the participant’s binder)
