Mr Silva is ANDI's Director. He comes from a long career in journalism as a reporter ( SP ) , editor ( RJ ) , editor in chief ( BSB ) and correspondent in New York for TV Globo and TV Manchete networks. Was also director of the regional branches of Journalism for TV Record and SBT in Brasilia .
Since 1995 has been working in the management of communication strategies for specific areas of educational TV, advocacy , social mobilization and partnerships between the public , private and the third sector. In 2000 he earned a certificate in Management for Third Sector Organizations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV / SP .
He was director of the Transport Network ( SEST / SENAT ) and TV ESCOLA ( Ministry of Education ). In Brazil he was the director of WSPA - World Society for the Protection of Animals , the largest federation of animal protection organizations , based in London, where he participated in developing global and national campaigns by WSPA International and was a speaker to the G77, at UN Headquarters in New York .
